already dreaming of taking the kids back to @caseriodelmirador every summer 🥺💛 such a magical place to escape to as a family bc they really thought through every detail to make it as easy as possible to bring young kids and actually be able to relax.
so much more to share soon (filming a vlog for YT as well 🫶)
The best place we’ve stayed with pre-schoolers in Europe… if all-inclusive big resorts aren’t your vibe then this boutique family retreat in Spain could be perfect for you…
Picture the scene: a place where you wake up to mountain views and fresh croissants delivered to your door every day. Where the kids can run free, meeting new friends and petting farmyard animals.

“Can we go back to Spain to see Sarah and Luna the cat?”
Having been home for several weeks our little boy still asks about going back to see Sarah and Luna the cat! It is an amazing retreat that strikes the balance between being fun for children and having enough for adults. Sarah is fantastic with children and an amazing cook. It didn’t take long before she had our little one helping out in the kitchen and feeding the animals after teatime.
Sarah and Johnny create a sense of community across guests, which works really well. This is especially true with the kids teatime (with alcohol provided for the adults), and communal dinners once the kids are in bed. We were reluctant to leave our little one in the room on his own, but within 2 days of being there, and how safe everything feels, we were happy to leave him in the room, with a provided baby monitor giving us the peace of mind he was ok. This allowed us to get to know others and enjoy dinner, which is fantastic.
If you’re looking for something more intimate than a run of the mill larger hotel that can feel quite chaotic, look no further. Thanks to Sarah and Johnny for making our holiday so fun, relaxing and memorable.
